The SF20 PET HEPA Media and Secondary Filter Set, comes with the 3 filters needed for your Simplicity S20 PET, bagless upright. We recommend replacing these filters yearly. These filters are NOT washable. These filters are to be replaced every 6-12 months. This will depend upon the amount of use. If you vacuum more than a couple times a week, change every 6 months.

The service was beyond top notch. Bill is so friendly and has a wealth of information! I am co-owner of a local cleaning company and visited the store to purchase a vacuum.
